SAFER RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We take great pride in our Candidates and believe in spending a great deal of time to make sure that the correct Individual is matched with our client's requirements.
All candidates are asked to complete a detailed application form, providing us with information on their complete work history and skills. These details are used as the basis for an interview with a trained member of our staff. In depth questioning allows us to build a complete profile of the candidates experience, attitude, goals, motivation, interests, work preferences and ambitions. All candidates attend an assessment programme including Conflict Management and Physical Intervention to ensure they reach the minimum standard we expect. If successful employees must attend twice a month for additional training throughout their probation and a minimum of 1 month thereafter. This allows to give regular training to each candidate. All our staff become fully vetted through the Disclosure and Barring Service with an Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children. |

Our Emphasis is on relationship building; treating every person with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of circumstance. The service is fully operational twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, and we can usually meet every request - no matter how obscure or unusual!
Our trained staff also undergo scenario based training to be supplied to a range of environments. For example, when a service user becomes aggressive or violent either verbally or physically it can be very frightening and intimidating for the staff and other patients. We are confident that our level of training allows our staff to work seamlessly alongside in-house staff
