We'd like to take this opportunity to reassure you, our loyal customers, of the steps we're taking in relation to any further spread of the COVID-19 virus, and how this may affect you when booking with us.
We have been following the expert advice laid out by the government and Public Health England on how businesses should prepare, react and operate in relation to any further spread of the virus. This advice includes continuing to promote excellent cleaning and hygiene practices across all aspects of our business. We have always had robust cleaning measures in place and we will be continuing to follow these meticulous procedures to ensure our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
We are frequently reminding our team members of the expert advice and information provided by the NHS and Public Health England on the COVID–19 virus. This includes continuing to promote good hygiene across all aspects of daily working practices and for them to be aware of what steps they should take if they believe they're experiencing any symptoms. Out of respect for our teams, service users and clients, we ask everyone to follow the same advice.
It goes without saying we're taking this extremely seriously and that yours' and our teams' safety is our highest priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure you can be confident in our service.
We want to thank you all for your continued support and assure you we remain open for business as usual. Your business is highly dependent on our ability to provide reliable solutions to help deliver uninterrupted services. In light of the recent developments around the Corona virus disease (COVID-19), we would like to share with you the measures we are taking to ensure service continuity.
We have invested in our own infrastructure and business continuity planning, ensuring that in the event of a disaster/disruption, we can operate all our systems and processes remotely with no interruption/limited to normal service levels.
This will ensure we’re able to provide you with a seamless service should any of our colleagues need to work remotely (e.g., due to self-isolation, school closures, etc.) or should we decide to close any offices and/or switch to a remote working model. Over the past weeks, we have extensively tested our business continuity strategies, to confirm we can provide ‘business as usual’ should our workforce need to work remotely.
The following is already in place to mitigate:
Our Business Continuity Plan is in place and will be reviewed next week as part of our Management Process and look at the impact of the pandemic to review lessons learnt and implement changes to the policy as necessary; a copy of the policy is attached.
Please be confident that there has been little effect on our business operations; all our main supplies continue to operate, no staffing issues and business continues as normal.
Please email if your require any further detail.

The following is already in place to mitigate:

- We have 24 hours operations that can react to any business continuity issues and have a live communications platform (Workplace) with contact to all our staff.
- Staff are informed of all new detail received related to COVID-19 and are ensuring the highest levels are maintained in accordance with our policies and Government/NHS direction.
- Senior Supervisors have moved from the office to our key locations to support staff and ensure the highest standards.
- Senior Support Workers (Residential and Conveyance) are monitoring and ensuring our hygiene and cross contamination policies, including additional guidance is in place and suitable.
- Compliance Manager (remote worker) is visiting the offices for 2 weeks to work with the Management Team and Staff to ensure business continuity.
