We currently have qualified trainers, who specialise in the teaching of Physical Intervention, Conflict Management,  and compliance qualifications.

Our Minimising & Managing, Violence and Aggression course is designed to provide a solution to all levels of challenging behaviour. The course covers:
  • Conflict resolution models including  warning signs of aggression and triggers that may cause behaviour to escalate.
  • Disengagement techniques are taught for personal safety and to de-escalate aggressive situations.
  • Passive holds designed for lower level intervention and escorting, through to secure holds for a more proactive intervention ensures both staff and client safety.
​​​The emphasis is placed on de-escalation and safety throughout and physical intervention and should only ever be used as a last resort. Legislation is also taught building an awareness of law and medical complications that may arise from physical intervention

​We recognise that not everyone can come to us and so have developed a bespoke In-house offer. In-house training is delivered at your site, for your convenience and that of your employees.
We can deliver any of the courses featured on our website as an In-house training solution.

​We can tailor these programmes to meet your needs or alternatively we can design and develop bespoke programmes based on your business ambitions, staff development objectives and procedural requirements.
How it works
We will work with you to meet your needs and ensure that you are happy with the proposed programme content. In-House training can provide a cost effective solution for delivery of training for 3 or more delegates. We will provide programme workbooks for each delegate and a summary evaluation report following the delivery of programme.
We will develop a customised training programme based on your specific requirements including:
  • Agreeing what you want to get out of the programme.
  • Identifying the anticipated learning outcomes for your delegates.
  • Assembling the appropriate course content.
  • Selecting the right trainer to deliver the course.
  • Ensuring any supporting training materials are appropriate to the audience.
We will make all the necessary arrangements associated with the delivery of the course including:
  • Arranging any necessary pre-course meetings or conference calls with you (or your designated contact).
  • Ensuring the programme materials and any necessary equipment are delivered to your site / venue.
  • Providing a point of contact for any questions you may have.
  • Providing evaluation summary reports.
