The company was established to provide specialist support on positive relationships. We believe in working together and developing a structured environment to give each young person the life skills and education to increase their potential, in turn, contributing in their success and achievements to feel valued and included.
Our aim is to support and develop each young person in an individual way to gain the knowledge, abilities and skills to build positive foundations. Our commitment to each young person is a home to feel supported in and not "just another placement".

Children learn from behaviour. They then grow to be an adult and practice the behaviours they have learnt. Exclusive utilise key worker sessions and therapeutic sessions either within the current staff or external covering such subjects as coping strategies, anger management, drug awareness, positive decision making and much more.
Not all of our young people have engaged in education due to previous negative experiences. Many have been out of main stream education for a significant period of time so we utilise external teachers as well as already having some staff who have joined from the teaching profession who can assist and support to meet the varied needs of each child or young person.
As most of our properties have two/three bedrooms we are in a position to take siblings. too often the "care system" separate family members due to availability or internal policies of the care provider. By developing siblings together it helps support the impact of being separated furthermore.
