We do not take private bookings from individuals
Some people are eligible for non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS). These services provide free transport to and from hospital for people where their condition means they need additional medical support during their journey people who find it difficult to walk.

A dedicated service means that Exclusive Secure Care Services is able to go beyond basic transportation requirements and provide a higher level of customer care. ​Generally customers/service users are collected by the same staff each session leading to lowered anxiety for the patients.

People who are likely to qualify for
​Patient Transport

  • May need qualified assistance en-route
  • ​Are going to or from an NHS appointment (not emergency or privately-funded care) OR home from a hospital stay
  • Are going for physically demanding treatment, such as dialysis
  • Cannot use other forms of transport because of their medical or physical condition

People who are unlikely to qualify for Patient Transport

  • Can take public transport or a taxi
  • Can drive themselves or get a lift to their NHS appointment​
  • Do not have trouble moving around and getting out and about
  • Are going to a routine appointment with their GP or practice nurse
