If you know someone who you believe would make a great member of staff working at Exclusive, or someone who has been thinking about it for a while but hasn’t taken that first step yet; why not give them the encouragement they need to make that first enquiry.
We value your help and support, as such for every prospective staff member that you refer you could receive up to a £500 reward. For each person you refer, you will receive:
How the scheme works:
1. Speak to your friend or relative and explain to them why you think they would make a great staff member at Exclusive, and how rewarding it can be. Before you make your referral, please make sure they meet the basic criteria:
2. Once your friend has made up their own mind and would like to make an initial enquiry, ask them to get in touch with the recruitment team on 0843-523-6264 (option 4) or email [email protected] Make sure they tell us you referred them, so you can receive your Recommend a Friend Scheme reward.
3. If we all decide to move ahead and they complete our 3 month probation period, working for us on a full time basis, you will receive £100 into your bank account.
4. Once your friend has completed 6 months working for us on a full time basis, you will receive £200 into your bank account.
5. Once your friend has completed 12 months working for us on a full time basis, you will receive a further £200 into your bank account.
Where does the reward come from?
As a company, we are very conscious to ensure that our money is spent wisely and effectively. Last year we found that the traditional channels of marketing were not as successful whereas referrals from our existing staff members were more likely to progress to approval. So, we thought we would use some of the money we have saved from the traditional marketing channels to increase the rewards that we offer to you for helping us to recruit more fantastic members of staff.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Refer a Friend Scheme is open and available to all Exclusive Secure Care Services staff.
2. The Refer a Friend Scheme does not apply to individuals who are already known to or who have already enquired with Exclusive Secure Care Services on the date of the referral.
3. The Refer a Friend Scheme will not apply if the applicant does not name the person on their initial application.
4. The referred candidate must maintain full-time status for at least 12 months.
5. The referral will not qualify if the referred prospective staff member is already on our database, and we have been in contact with that person in the last six months.
6. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
7. The referred candidate must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
8. Payment will be received directly once the following conditions have been met:
9. Exclusive Secure Care Services reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the Recommend a Friend Scheme at any time and without notice.
10. Exclusive Secure Care Services shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the Recommend a Friend Scheme.
11. The scheme will take effect from 01/06/2022.
